Save Your Marriage Without Talking
Can taking some time off for a vacation save your marriage without talking? Well, no one can deny that a change of environment can make one look at things differently. A vacation is the perfect escape to reduce the everyday stress of family life and work. It gives us an opportunity to relax and let go of things that once seemed so important, but in reality they are not. It’s simply about a married couple letting go and enjoying their time together. It’s a wonderful opportunity to understand what it is to live in the present moment. Avoid anything that will deny you the chance of being with your partner. Forget about the future, think about the love, the marriage and your spouse.
Planning vacations gives us a sense of direction and intent. When you’re planning retirement or someone’s party, planning makes us think about a purpose. Planning some time off gives you both something to share together. Looking forward to a vacation always lingers in your head and will help you remember the good times you’re going to have with your spouse.
Let’s take a pause and say that you haven’t been having a good communication with your other half. It could be that the situation is really bad. Could it be even remotely possible that you and your spouse can actually plan a future vacation when you don’t even stand each other? Well, keep it simple, and start off with a weekend getaway. You don’t need to make it romantic, a simple getaway will suffice for starters.
